Jules Vanaret

Jules is a bioimage analyst and software engineer at the interface between developmental biology and applied mathematics. During his PhD, he developed open-source tools for 3D image segmentation, visualization, and cell tracking in complex organoid datasets. His work focuses on making advanced analysis accessible to non-expert users, through interactive software and reproducible workflows. He is particularly interested in quantitative lineage analysis, unsupervised exploration and validation strategies, and bridging the gap between technical development and biological application.
