Eleni Baltzi

M2 Intern

Master’s student in Computational Biology with a background in biotechnology and genomics. She is currently pursuing an M2 in Computational & Mathematical Biology at Aix-Marseille Université.
At the Guignard Lab, she works on microscopy image analysis pipelines for Parhyale hawaiensis, with an emphasis on 3D nucleus segmentation, centroid extraction, and quantitative validation of segmentation strategies. Her broader interests include developmental robustness, variability in cell behaviors, and the integration of machine learning with biological imaging.
